How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Televisionspending Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Televisionspending Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, a good first step is usually to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please note that Televisionspending Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@televisionspending.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
